Where we ship: At the present time we do not have distributors outside of the US and because of this we do not currently ship outside of the USA. We are only able to ship to the USA(Including Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico) and Canada. However, please make sure to contact us for shipping costs with any shipments going outside of the Lower 48 States.
When you receive your order: Orders are processed the same day they are received. Most orders are shipping within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
When we ship: We have regularly scheduled shipments Monday through Friday. Overnight shipments, two day and three day expedited shipping is available at additional shipping charges.
How ramps are packaged: Orders are packaged in corrugated cardboard and secured with nylon banding. Most orders require shipment in several boxes. The boxes may get separated during shipment. However, the entire order should arrive within two days. If your entire order is not received within two days, please call 1.800.231.8999 or fax 1.530.676.6018
Damaged packages: If, in the unlikely event, your order arrives damaged, please call us toll-free at 1.800.231.8999 and be sure to save the packaging materials for the shipping carrier to examine. The Ramp Master guarantee to our customers is valid and replacement will be shipped right away.
Returns / Replacements: There is no charge for orders replaced under our guarantee, however, it is necessary for us to charge you for shipping unless damage occurred during shipment. Please call to obtain directions on how to return damaged merchandise.
State and Local Sales Taxes: The buyer is obligated to pay state, county, and/or city sales tax applicable to their situation.
The Ramp Master never shares your name, address, or phone number with any other business. All personal credit card information is destroyed within one month of purchase.
The Ramp Master participates in several email campaigns throughout the year. If you do not want to receive additional emails, please indicate so in the comments section of the catalog request.
There is a limited number of catalog mailings that take place through out the year. If you do not want to receive additional catalogs, please indicate so in the comment section of the catalog request. Once we receive your catalog request, we will delete your name and address from the catalog mailing list and you will receive only one catalog that you requested.
